What are the ingredients in MindSave?
The ingredients list has eight names. Here they are, each with a line about what it is. The lines describe the ingredient in general. They do not describe how much of it sits in the capsule, because that is not published.
| Ingredient | What it is | Amount on the sales page |
|---|---|---|
| Niacin (as niacinamide) | A form of vitamin B3 chosen by makers who want to avoid the flush plain niacin can cause | Not printed |
| Vitamin B6 | A vitamin with a published upper limit of 100 mg a day | Not printed |
| GABA | An amino acid the body makes; researchers argue about oral use | Not printed |
| L-tyrosine | An amino acid found in foods such as cheese, soy and almonds | Not printed |
| Bacopa monnieri | A herb whose trial record is the longest on this list | Not printed |
| Alpha GPC | A choline compound | Not printed |
| Phosphatidylserine | A phospholipid found in cell membranes | Not printed |
| Huperzine A | A compound from club moss | Not printed |
Eight is a long list for one capsule. The eight are not one kind of thing. The list mixes vitamins, amino acids, a herb, a phospholipid, a choline compound and a compound from club moss.
What does the Supplement Facts panel show?
The panel on the bottle is the legal label. US labeling rules require the amounts of the ingredients to appear there. See 21 CFR 101.36. So the amounts exist, and they are in the box. What the seller chose is not to put them on the sales page.
Turn the bottle over and you will find the suggested use, a storage note, the caution block, a distributor address and the panel. That is a lot of useful text in one place. Read all of it before the first capsule.
Do three things when the bottle arrives. Check the safety seal. Match the lot code on the base to MIN-26/MI-7343. Then read the panel line by line against the eight names above.
How do you read a Supplement Facts panel?
A panel looks dense, but it has a few parts. Learn them once and you can use them on any supplement.
- Serving size. For MindSave this is one capsule, and a bottle holds 30 capsules.
- Amount per serving. This is where each ingredient and its amount should be. Check the unit, because a milligram and a microgram are very different.
- Blend lines. A blend has to be named as a blend, with its total weight. That tells you the total, but not how much of each name is inside.
- Other ingredients. This holds the capsule shell and fillers, which matter if you have an allergy or a dietary rule.
- The caution block. For MindSave it asks you not to exceed the dose and to see a physician if you have a known condition.
Compare the panel with the eight names on this page. If a name is missing, or one you did not expect appears, treat that as a reason to ring order support before you start.
Why does the seller show two different formulas?
This is the odd part. The sales page and two listing panels give the eight-name list, with no stimulant. A third piece of the seller’s artwork, a flat label image, carries a Supplement Facts panel for a different formula. Its formula lists thiamin and vitamin B12, neither of which the sales page mentions, plus a blend built on caffeine from green coffee, theacrine and theobromine. GABA, alpha GPC, phosphatidylserine and huperzine A are not on it.
Counting three pictures against one is not the same as looking inside a bottle. This website carries the eight names, but it does not say either list is confirmed. And it does not repeat any figure from the second panel as the contents of a capsule. The panel on your own bottle settles it.
What does research say about each ingredient?
The research is uneven, and none of it studied MindSave. Here is the shape of it.
- Bacopa monnieri has the longest record. Trials ran for 12 weeks or more. See the 2012 systematic review.
- L-tyrosine findings cluster in short, demanding conditions. See the military evidence assessment.
- GABA has limited evidence for stress, and it is unclear whether it reaches the brain. See the 2020 systematic review.
- Phosphatidylserine was tested in older adults with age-associated memory problems. See the 2001 soy-derived trial.
- Huperzine A has the thinnest record for the group this capsule is aimed at. See the Cochrane review.
Studies give a dose of their own. Those doses do not travel to this capsule, since its amounts are not on the sales page.
Is MindSave a pill, a gummy or a drop?
The product is a capsule. Searches such as MindSave pills, MindSave gummies and MindSave drops show that people want to know. The answer is the same for all three: the capsule is the only form, taken once a day, with 30 in a bottle.
This matters for two reasons. A gummy or a drop is a different product with a different list. And if you see an offer for one of them under the MindSave name, it is not the product this website describes.
The same logic applies to other memory or focus products: the form, the amounts and the claims all differ. Compare like with like, and look first at whether each amount is printed.
Frequently asked questions
What are the ingredients in MindSave?
Eight names are published, from niacin (as niacinamide) through vitamin B6, GABA, L-tyrosine, bacopa monnieri, alpha GPC and phosphatidylserine to huperzine A. No amount is printed beside any of them on the sales page.
Where can I see the MindSave Supplement Facts?
On the back of the bottle, because labeling rules require the amounts there. The sales page does not print them, and this website prints none.
Does MindSave contain caffeine?
No stimulant is among the eight names on the sales page. A flat label image in the seller’s artwork names a different formula with caffeine from green coffee, theacrine and theobromine. The bottle panel settles it.
How much bacopa is in MindSave?
Not published on the sales page. Any page that gives a milligram figure for bacopa in MindSave is inventing it. The bottle panel shows the real number.
Is MindSave in capsule, gummy or drops form?
A capsule is the only form. There is no gummy, tablet, drops or powder. Take one a day, with 30 in each bottle.
Has the MindSave formula been tested in a clinical trial?
No published clinical trial of the finished capsule exists. Research on single ingredients does not describe this capsule because its amounts are not on the sales page.
Our view
An ingredients list is a starting point. It is not a result. Eight names tell you what the seller wants you to see. The amounts on the bottle tell you what is really inside. And the two-formula puzzle tells you to read the bottle before you trust any page, this one included.
Our advice: if the eight names suit you, buy it with the guarantee in mind, and read the panel on day one. If the panel differs, call order support. If you take medicine, show the panel to your doctor or pharmacist.
What this is and is not. MindSave is a dietary supplement. It is not a drug, it is not FDA approved, and no dietary supplement is. Nothing on this page presents it as a treatment for memory loss, dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, mild cognitive impairment or any other condition. If your memory or thinking is changing in a way that worries you, talk to a doctor. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you take any prescription medicine.
